Give a general food budget, of lets say, $500 a month person in each household.
Free cellphone.
Free gasoline.
Being on Medicare in your 60's is not being "old". It's the "later" years. Individuals who reach 75 years of age are "old". No younger young. They survived 75 years of life. They deserve to be honored. They deserve extra rewards.
